How TUPONT does it
Our fee is 15% (excl. tax), applied to the total of accommodation and cleaning fees before booking-site commissions. There is no setup fee, and cleaning is quoted individually by size and location.
It is not a fee for merely changing settings — it covers the whole operation: guest support, pricing, P&L, cleaning quality, improvements and information sharing.
What to check when comparing quotes
- What base the fee applies to
- Setup fee, cancellation terms, minimum contract length
- Whether cleaning is included, and its price
- Whether P&L and reviews are shared with you
- First response for trouble and on-the-ground capability
